Analytical Ants is the consulting and delivery arm of Analytical Solutions LLC. Analytical Solutions is the platform studio that builds, owns, and operates its own software — three live SaaS platforms that are the proof. Analytical Ants is the team you hire to deliver your product the same way.
A senior architect directs a disciplined fleet of AI worker-agents — worker ants — so the work ships in weeks, not quarters, at a fraction of a big-consultancy quote. A separate verifier certifies every "done," and you own the code, the repo, and the brand-trained agents outright. The studio proves the method; Ants runs it for you.

To make an entire operation legible to itself — connecting business intent to the architecture that delivers it, at agentic speed, without sacrificing correctness.
The company is named for the ant on purpose. It comes from Proverbs 6:6–8 — "Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise" — and from the stewardship of Proverbs 27:23–24, "Know well the condition of your flocks." Diligence, stewardship, and honest work are scriptural before they are strategic, and that standard sets the bar for the work.

How We Got Here
An $800 quote to change a nav bar. Shipped in five minutes.
I paid a developer $2,000 for a simple website. When I needed one change — a single nav-bar enhancement — the quote came back at $800.
So I asked Claude Code to build the nav-bar feature instead, and shipped it in five minutes. That was the moment the economics clicked. For years I'd been pigeonholed as "the Power BI guy" while the real work was data architecture, orchestration, and advanced functional programming — and the lesson underneath was the same one I'd learned making $10M–$60B operations legible to themselves: the bottleneck is never the people, it's the structure they're forced to work inside.
Rather than stop at one site, I built a repeatable machine — the agentic scaffolding, the worker-ant fleet, the verifier that certifies every "done" — and stood up Analytical Ants to run it for operators stuck on siloed data, spreadsheet chaos, or a vendor quote measured in quarters and six figures. It's not a people problem. It's an architecture problem — and it's fixable.

A productized Next.js website with a Claude onboarding wizard baked in — buy the code, run the wizard, own your whole branded site. 421 commits, 152 merged PRs, in about 7.5 weeks. This site is built on it.
His Highest Fitness
A full training platform — a coach marketplace, on-device video form analysis, and Stripe Connect payouts. 173 API routes, 89 migrations, 45 pages, built solo-plus-agents in about 40 days. Our first client; in production, private beta.
Analytical Ledger
Free, multi-entity double-entry accounting — correct to the cent, enforced twice in app code and at the database. 17 modules, a 118-account chart of accounts, four financial statements, a 13-week cash forecast. We run our own group's books on it. Free now; source being prepared for open-source release.
CutGraph Studio

Founder — Analytical Ants
William is an MBA operations-and-finance systems architect who spent roughly a decade making $10M–$60B operations legible to themselves. He holds an MBA from Emory's Goizueta Business School and dual undergraduate degrees in Finance and Managerial Science, and he architected enterprise BI and data platforms across 6+ industries — specialty healthcare, manufacturing, forest products, pharmaceutical, and telecom.
He is not a career web developer; he is an agentic operator. He architects the scaffolding that makes AI worker-agents behave with discipline, then directs the fleet — owning the intent-bearing decisions while the agents do the volume. The same orchestration skill that converged siloed enterprise data into one warehouse now ships full-stack SaaS: a training platform with 173 API routes built solo-plus-agents in about 40 days, and a 31-skill library that enforces the method mechanically. The Power BI decade is the credibility floor, not a former life.
